Atul Hiranwar - Working with Citizens Advice New Forest, helping us to Make a Difference. Atul has been working with Citizens Advice New Forest. He has spent time getting to know our organisation which delivers advice and information over a large rural area using mainly a ‘retired’ volunteer force. Getting people to do things in a different way is a key challenge and Atul has helped us to break down the tasks into doable projects which, with his guidance, we have found the confidence to implement. We have moved to a cloud based platform which enables us to work in a more flexible way, and now we can deliver advice in more outreach locations. Atul has encouraged us to think holistically and strategically about how technology can help us deliver our services across a large area. He has helped us to realise that digital transformation is not all about having ‘the kit’ it is about having a vision about what you want to do and building a confident team who can use the right tools.
