It's been fantastic. They've been so helpful and friendly and fit into our team straight away. They really understand the business and its goals and become part of a team. They take onboard loads of information in a way that makes you feel like you're working on your aims and goals together, rather than having someone facilitate something that doesn't understand where you're going. That was an amazing thing to have and you don't always get that!
