Northern Bear

We loved working with Northern Bear. They were so personable and friendly and really took the time to understand our needs and what we wanted for our campaign and website. They communicated well throughout the whole of the project, consistently checking in and making any changes we wanted no matter how small the details. The young people felt really comfortable with them and said that they felt heard and understood. The website, downloads and report that Northern bear created for us were exactly how we’d dreamed they would be.

We’ve been so impressed with the attitude and output of the team at Northern Bear. Since day one, they’ve been positive and proactive, and they’ve guided us through the process step-by step to ensure we understand how the decisions we’ve made in this process will impact our charity in a positive way. The creative work has been outstanding, and we’re absolutely delighted with the final brand we’ve created to take Livingstone House forward on the next step of our journey. The website is the feather in the cap of the project. We now feel confident to direct people to our site, knowing that all the information they need is there, and they’ll be able to find it easily. We’re certain the new site will increase the amount of support requests we receive, and will help those looking for support to get to the right place in the most efficient way possible.
