Northbridge Digital offer CRM expertise in a way that is personal, understandable and lacking pretension, so even the non-techies among us can understand. They have the drive to help you achieve what you want and get you in the right direction to accomplish this and they do this by listening and asking the right questions. They get to know you as the contact and the organisation you work for. Northbridge Digital took us from despondent and reluctant CiviCRM users to championing the benefits of CiviCRM to others, and I have no hesitation in recommending Oliver Gibson and his team to other organisations.

We have worked with Northbridge Digital since 2017 when we were looking for a new website design and integrated CRM system. They then migrated our old bespoke system into a CiviCRM/Drupal hosted system. Following a successful implementation we have continued to work with Northbridge Digital to further develop and enhance the system which has improved the way we communicate and interact with our contacts/donors. We find them to be responsive and supportive to short notice requests and out of hours calls which is great for an organisation like ours which is entirely voluntary.
