Make Sense of It

We brought in Make Sense of It to help accelerate our AI-powered clinical simulation platform for clinical training. Working with Edd and Suzanne has been incredibly valuable: they felt like an extension to our team rather than a detached supplier, invested in both the idea and success of what we're trying to achieve. They helped us develop interactive patient dialogue systems that respond authentically to clinical decisions made by learners in an emergency medicine scenario, and have gone on to help us explore how voice could be used to simulate clinical dialogues with patients. What made the partnership particularly valuable was how they empowered our small team with practical AI development capabilities we hadn't anticipated being able to implement so soon. This means we're now much better placed to own how we evolve our prototypes and shape our product direction. We look forward to collaborating with MSOI again in the future!
