Age UK Cornwall and The Isles of Scilly have been working successfully with Made Open Communications for several years. Our partnership has really flourished and continues to grow with the development of Cornwall Link. No job is ever a NO! Even when we ask for the impossible, the answer is always - we can do this! It has been a pleasure to work with Made Open and their wonderful team - in recent months they have led the way in developing our COVID-19 support online space, which has already helped so many people across Cornwall. Simply put, they continue to push boundaries for the greater good - petitioning for social change, digital inclusion & connecting communities to improve health & wellbeing. We work in a strengths-based way where we focus on what communities have to offer rather than focusing on their problems or needs. Timebanking is a great way to support older people with a range of health and care needs by incentivising those who can help them with time credits. The Made Open platform stimulates positive social action in communities. I cannot recommend their system and the organisation enough.
